Mindful Escape

Our monthly relaxation package "Mindful Escape" with trainer Yvonne Bernhard from NO ENVY combines a relaxing visit to the Schaffelbad with the energy of a workout. Treat yourself to a time-out that challenges all your senses and brings you back to yourself. The sessions take place in our beautiful Mindful Area right next to our oldest pool in the Schaffelbad. A real power place with history. We have prepared a mat, goodies, tea and snacks for you. Just bring your sports outfit and a great desire to relax. A cozy bathrobe and a bath towel are waiting for you.

Mindful Body combines all types of exercise that are really fun: HIIT, yoga, Pilates, strength training and meditation.
